Road Trip 2018: Yellowstone

After our fantastic trip to Grand Teton, we just kept driving north and it connects right with Yellowstone. Exciting! I had been to Yellowstone as a kid when we lived in Montana, but hadn't been back since then. Oh, wow. It is mind-blowing. If you haven't been there, you can't imagine the variety of landscapes gathered together in a one area.

Beautiful forests.

Lots of waterfalls.

More wildlife.

We TOTALLY lucked out on our visit to Old Faithful.

We found a parking spot,

walked up,

and it erupted within five minutes.

Seriously????

So cool!

I can't imagine being the first people who came across

this place. Boiling water just spews out of the earth? What?

We saw a mama deer with its cute little baby!
